All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are 10–12 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays and Issues

HorrorGlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
